How we process returns and refunds for purchases made on


Thank you for purchasing our products at operated by SebSmith Trading (Pty) Ltd.

We do not offer a refund on any orders already collected/delivered. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to cancel your collection/delivery before your order leaves our warehouse.

You will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If an EFT was made, please ensure that your bank details are supplied in order for us to process the payment. Payments will take 5 to 10 business days to be processed.

A fee of up to 15% will be levied against the full amount for any and all refunds and returns.
